Our Story

CRFTED was born out of frustration. Our founders had worked inside generalist agencies where fashion brands were treated like any other e-commerce account — no creative nuance, no industry instinct, just bid adjustments and reporting decks.

We knew fashion was different. The customer journey is emotional. The creative bar is higher. The brand equity matters. And the performance variables are unique to the category. So in 2021, we built an agency exclusively for fashion — and refused every brief that wasn't.

Today we're the growth partner for some of India's fastest-scaling D2C fashion brands. Every playbook we've built, every creator relationship we've formed, and every performance framework we've tested is specific to one industry.
